* **Member States:** Use UNESCO official list (provided per survey)
* **SDGs:** Standard UN SDG list
* All dropdown options from centralized sources

* Group in dedicated section
* Link to data protection policy
* Enable easy removal for sharing

#### 📊 Balance Question Types

* **Current:** Mostly qualitative
* **Target:** Add quantitative questions (scales, numbers, percentages)
* Enables better analysis and reporting

#### 🌍 Link to SDGs

* Tag relevant questions with SDG numbers
* Supports UN reporting frameworks

#### 📑 Policy & Measures Structure

**For collecting policies/programs, use standardized fields:**

* Name, Type, Description
* Implementation date, Status
* Target SDG(s), Budget
* Implementing agency
